The “Sound & Light Show” at Khajuraho is a recommended evening activity for tourists which showcases in 50 minute the journey of Chandravarman, the great Chandela king and the history, facts and myths of Khajuraho temples efficiently.
It is organized in the premises of the Western Group of Temples. A state-of-the art technical display of multi coloured laser lights offers a spectacular experience for the tourists. An extremely superior acoustics enhances this experience.
This event enhances one’s knowledge about these temples. Khajuraho Light & Sound Show is organized on a daily basis usually after dusk.
The “Sound & Light Show” at Khajuraho, organized by Madhya Pradesh Tourism Department is conducted in the garden of the Western Group of Temples daily.
More so over, an enigmatic narration by Amitabh Bachchan makes this show more glorifying.The Khajuraho Sound & Light Show is organized all days of the week.
However, in the last week of Feb, when the Khajuraho Dance Festival is organized, the Sound & Light Show is discontinued as the venue, the premises of the Western Group of Temples is same.
