By air : Gwalior ( GWL ) is the nearest airport located at a distance of 110 kms ( 2 hrs drive ).
Gwalior has intermittent flights for Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Indore and Delhi.
By train : Many train have a stoppage at Shivpuri ( SVPI ). The other nearest railway stations are Jhansi ( 100 kms ) & Gwalior.
By road : Government & private buses run regularly from nearby towns although they are irregular and time consuming. Private cabs are available for hire. It is advisable to club northern Madhya Pradesh with multi destinations.
A day trip to Jhansi from Shivpuri & Pranpur from Chanderi is recommended.
