It is not mandatory to tip any of your local service provider. Should you be satisfied by a particular service, it is absolutely out of your free will. Most hotels have tipping boxes which are equally distributed amongst the staff. At other verticals, you can directly tip the respective driver, naturalists & guides ( when on a wildlife safari ) or a local restaurant server.
